i have a questiiiion
for my peeps who exercise what exercises do yall do and why do u do it in the first place? i exercise as well, it helps me be in a better mind and gets me active so yea :))
I usually do something as simple as walking or jogging around the block that I live on, for 10 - 20 minutes each Monday-Thursday in the late/mid afternoon or early morning. I even know some of people on the block, and I wear headphones while listening to music to have a peace of mind. But I take my breaks ofc and have a soda/juice/or water always b...... reply
I do warm-up exercises, then ride my stationary bike for 30 minutes, squats, crunches, stretching, etc. on a daily basis to stay healthy and fit while trying to stay home and socially distant as much as possible. Before that, I also did lots of swimming and a bit of gym exercising. Doing it all to stay healthy, trying to gain some weight as a bonus...... reply
