Help please

So um...I think there's something wrong with me...I've been on the stool for 5 days and I can't poop. There's a red ring around my but now. My mom bought me one of those poop helpers, in those syringes. My grandpapi had to help put the poop helper in my but. I still can't poop, and there's blood in my pee.
