Recently my mom's been kind of accepting of trans people. She talks about how bad they're treated in my country. I was kind of glad that she was starting to be accepting. She's still homophobic tho. So today she was basically saying that she accepts transgender people but doesn't want any of her kids into it. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry. She reminded me of a character in a book that said " I don't hate lgbtq+ but I don't want any of my kids to be gay" And I guess I'm never coming out as pan then ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
deadass most of my relatives are like this. they pretend as if they care but when i got outed as gay, they all made a fuss and acting as if ive been infected by a virus. even our neighbours knew bc obv they had to tell the news to the whole town reply
My mom doesn't support suicide and yet she used to tell me that she would disown a child if they were gay.......... And I kid you not this gets me so fucking angry......... Don't fucking tell me you don't support suicide when you're part of the problem of why someone would want to die...... reply
