I'm trying to lose weight. I'm 4'11 and I weigh 172 lbs. I'm very overweight for my height and I'm kinda unhappy with the way I look so any eating tips and exercising or any YouTube channels
try eating at a small calorie deficit if you're not a motivated person and can't workout often. and if counting calories is too stressful just make better food choices and eat smaller portions (if you already eat big ones, if not ignore this). You can also walk around your house and get steps in, most people strive for 10,000 but you can start at 5...... reply
