If you’ve ever felt wronged or angry at someone, just let it out, say their initial or even their name, it’s okay, they don’t deserve you. Let it all out!
Telling me that you know I have issues and know why I think, act or react the way I do doesn't help in any way when you completely disregard all this knowledge as soon as things don't go your way.
Also it makes it 10x worse when you openly admit that you guilt tripped/ gaslighted me into doing or not doing something. Like it really isn't a flex to ...... reply
