I'm taking this as a food question so the easiest way is, try to eat it in its most furthest form. I hate jackfruit but I can stand jackfruit chips. The next step would be figuring out what exactly you hate about it. Is it the taste, the texture or the smell? Use the same ingredient but change the methods.
