Shounen-ai - much focus on making the relationship between the top and bottom grow Yaoi- start in physical relationship then falling in love with each other
Shounen ai is my fav. For all genres, I prefer more relationship growing stories than 10 chapters of sex and a sprinkle of plot. (Although I read quite a bit of yaoi lolllll)

Yoai is like 99.9999999 percent rape it most of the time sucks but when i see shounen ai it makes me feel single and lonely but most importantly its the best reply
Uh, I don’t really care since yaoi can mean a whole bunch of different things and even shounen-ai shows some “yaoi” material occasionally. At the end of the day it’s all BL right? reply
