period

sorry if this doesn't belong here :(

info: my period started when I was about 11 years old and I'm almost 17 now so I've had periods since almost 6 years
to give some kind overview, my last periods I remember were in

December 2017
March 2019
October 2019
September 2020
and my last, April 2021

I get my periods just once a year almost..
when I was 13, I told my doctor and she said it was normal, but that was long time ago and now I'm almost 17 is that still normal?

The thing is, I still get heavy period cramps every one or two months but I don't get my period

Does anyone else have this?
