I can't keep staying up late at night when all i'm doing is scrolling through tik tok and watching youtube videos Its to the point where i sleep between 1 or 3 am Sometimes 4 am I can't go back to staying up until 10 in the morning again Those days were fun until i couldn't stop doing it Think imma die early
I used to stay up until 8 am a year ago. I'm now diagnosed with anemia despite my young age. I already fixed my sleep schedule but I just fucked it up again yesterday Σ(っ°Д °;)っ reply
