alright so i might be going to the beach next week and ima be starting my period soon. ik it cuz usually it starts in the first week of the month. buttttt being on your period at the beach is always an inconvenience and sucks cuz ive experienced it once. does anyone know how to induce a period. according to google, vitamin c and pineapple might work but i need better and for sure methods.
Exercise? I exercised for a week but gave up when online class became more demanding, then my period came earlier than expected, so maybe try exercising? It also helps with the pain reply
