alright so i might be going to the beach next week and ima be starting my period soon. ik it cuz usually it starts in the first week of the month. buttttt being on your period at the beach is always an inconvenience and sucks cuz ive experienced it once. does anyone know how to induce a period. according to google, vitamin c and pineapple might work but i need better and for sure methods.

Seriously go to a doctor and NEVER EVER DO THINGS THAT ARE ON GOOGLE. ESPECIALLY PILLS, DONT BUY THEM IN A DARK ALLY. CONSUL A DOCTOR FIRST.
But maybe you could just wear a Tampon but not for too long it could become unsafe and lead to a blood poisoning reply
