alright so i might be going to the beach next week and ima be starting my period soon. ik it cuz usually it starts in the first week of the month. buttttt being on your period at the beach is always an inconvenience and sucks cuz ive experienced it once. does anyone know how to induce a period. according to google, vitamin c and pineapple might work but i need better and for sure methods.
I don't think it's quite healthy to mess with your natural cycle. Just use tampons and make sure to change them often, that way you shouldn't have any issues with enjoying your beach trip. Stay safe and have fun! reply
