alright so i might be going to the beach next week and ima be starting my period soon. ik it cuz usually it starts in the first week of the month. buttttt being on your period at the beach is always an inconvenience and sucks cuz ive experienced it once. does anyone know how to induce a period. according to google, vitamin c and pineapple might work but i need better and for sure methods.
Actually when you get in the water the blood stops flowing. It has something to do with pressure I can't remember what, but when I went to Vietnam and got my first period, the blood was so heavy But I watched a video that said it'd go away explaining in full detail why. I ended up taking a shower and my 11 year old bold ass went in, it really went ...... reply
