how tf do you make your arm not numb and sore, i cant read my manga without having to move my arm so its comfortable or rolling on it and screaming of pain into my pillow(its my left arm btw+first shot) like damn, i knew i was going to be sore but not like this... But fr how do you make not feel like this? Oh and is the second shot worse???!(￣∇￣")
When I got mine they told me to keep moving my arm around for like an hour after getting the shot & it’d make it less sore but idk if that’s even true or not. :v I’m not sure if there’s much else you can do but wait it out, mine stopped hurting completely by 3 days after so hopefully it won’t be too much longer for you!
