Honestly, I have had an account for ~3 years now and I don't really pay too much attention to all the options you can pick (especially while reading something). I have only uploaded something once and I didn't get all this stuff either, my recommendation is just trying if you wanna upload something -you can still edit everything after all- and may...... reply
