The only example I can think of right now is when I had to give a presentation worth a huge chunk of our final grade in my AP Bio class & I ended up having a panic attack in the middle of it, it was super fucking embarrassing. It was a really small class too with like 8 people in it which made it even more humiliating to me for some reason.
