honestly i would rather have told my parents before they found out it was something i was trying to do, another adult told them before i even got the chance to explain to them that i constantly felt like shit lol. it was a frustrating process for me but trust me, things will get better, it is ALWAYS okay to ask for help and to talk to someone... if...... reply
