What’s the smallest pp you’ve been with?

I guess this question is only for the people on the receiving end of the pp. lol. Right now, I’m seeing a guy who’s probably around 3.5 inches when hard. He’s not good with his mouth or fingers so I’m very depressed about this as you can imagine.
