okay so theres this thing in argentina called "lengua a la vinagreta" which is cow tongue with a lottttttt of vinegar and vegetables, all mixed together and letting the cow tongue sit in the vinegar for like a whole day... i mean, its so damn weird but if its done correctly then its soooo tasty as a sandwich 2 reply
