Hmm,... my first kiss... hard to think back that far but if I felt anything it would be the butterflies I get in my stomach every time I get kissed by my husband. (He was my first kiss). It feels like you are leaping in the air or you are floating sometimes. You get giddy and excited when it happens. But that's just me I'm a hopeless romantic. reply
