How did Yaoi affect your perspective about relationships in general?
In my case, after reading/watching yaoi and BL, I was indulged in the idea of "pure love" when I say pure it means a love that can cross barriers of genders and races. hahah I don't why. How about you?ヾ(☆▽☆)
When I first read it I was (admittedly) freaked out. After starting off with shounen-ai....I compared it to shoujo manga and I found shounen ai ones way more romantic...the situations and plots were different. There was no typical bad guy gets girl, good guy gets girl. Yeah, it was a bonus to read a manga that didnt contain a cringey panty shot or...... 1 reply
