I drank coffee one time and i managed to sleep at a pretty reasonable time
But when i drank milk I COULDN'T SLEEP UNTIL 2 AM

mm idk about the milk part, but coffee makes me pass tf out as well, hence why i hate it. all it does is make me drowsy, so idk how people say it makes them energetic reply
