What were some things that you were curious as a child like- If we keep on going on a road forever, Where will we reach? and-From where did the sand in my eyes come from(that was abt eye boogers) -what's heaven like?

Why do we exist? Like the universe could've been non-existant yet it does?
Why do we humans have this structure? It could have been anything? Because of evolution? Still, we could've been evolved from a fish to a mermaid? Just like the theory where we evolved from chimpanzees?
