Is being a fujoshi wrong?
Okay so yesterday I admitted to myself and to a public discord server that I was a fujoshi cause I was a fan of reading mangas with romance between two men. Shortly after I got replies saying that it was fetishizing and It was bad to fetishize that kinda thing. I apologized stating that I didn’t know it was fetishizing and I thought the term fujoshi was defined as a simple definition of a girl liking and reading mangas that has romance between two men. Is being a fujoshi really bad? I dunno If I used the term wrong or if I didn’t properly understand what being a fujoshi is, but I really need some clarification about this.

Anything can be fetishized. Feet, hair, hands, height, weight, age, etc. I think some people think of "Fetishizing" and "Fujoshis" in the same spectrum because they see it as "Well, you're turned on by gay men, so you're fetishizing gay men" But I personally think there's a line, although thin, between the two.
