Is being a fujoshi wrong?
Okay so yesterday I admitted to myself and to a public discord server that I was a fujoshi cause I was a fan of reading mangas with romance between two men. Shortly after I got replies saying that it was fetishizing and It was bad to fetishize that kinda thing. I apologized stating that I didn’t know it was fetishizing and I thought the term fujoshi was defined as a simple definition of a girl liking and reading mangas that has romance between two men. Is being a fujoshi really bad? I dunno If I used the term wrong or if I didn’t properly understand what being a fujoshi is, but I really need some clarification about this.
If I start a whole conflict about this I’m sorryyyy┗( T﹏T )┛ I really don’t know anything about fujoshi
okay so fujoshi i think literally means “rotten girl” in japanese but the term is just used to refer to girls that enjoy mlm media in general (correct me if i’m wrong yall) i think that the stigma now around the term is that most “fujoshi”s like to fetishize mlm or see nothing wrong with it. i think that’s why you shouldn’t refer to y...... reply
