where do I start if I want to learn a new language?
I wanna start learning French but idk where to start?? I mean I know my native language and english, but I learned it in school and i can’t afford french teaching classes so I wanna start by myself.
I’m asking multilingual ppl since I’m assuming there’s a lot here in the active forums and maybe learn about different tips
Don't learn too many formal phrases in French, keep it casual. Back when I was learning French, my teacher who used to live in France told me that they hardly used formal and usually kept it casual. She used to teach me slang, curse words, informal sentences, etc. Don't worry too much and enjoy your self-study. reply
