I have this coworkers who think they can do whatever they want to me just because I don't do nothing about it.. like we have a fixed schedule with the minimum salary I hate it when they change our schedule without consulting us their co workers and directly tells our boss, my schedule is only 20 days a month with them changing now I only get 15 days at best... Even the newbie gets regular sched and higher salary
You should talk to your boss first and ask them to raise your salary because that is very unfair and if that didn't work than I guess you should quit because changing the schdule without your consent is wrong. 2 reply

Then you should definitely make an effort and talk to your boss and/or coworkers. Maybe they just don't realize you're being in a disadvantage. Or maybe they think you're just a pushover. she had to deal with horrible bosses at her two previous jobs, so i told her to quit bcs the salary isn't worth the stress, she even got called 'a traitor' by one of her boss on her last day of work ╮(￣▽￣)╭
last year she got a new job and she told me she got bullied by one of her senior right from the 1st...... reply
You should leave only when you get another job. And I'm not talking about just getting another job offer, but effectively getting hired. With all this unemployment it's not a wise idea to quit, because who knows when you will get work again. I went through a similar situation 4 years ago so I quit, and guess what, I'm still unemployed. I so regret ...... reply
I quit my first ever job when I was 18 and I'm 19 now. I was in a graveyard shift for a month and my body cant take it anymore. And the customer are shits! The work is shit! And the salary is lower than minimum. My job is call center and I can say that is shit and as a naive young girl having her first ever job is really a nightmare. I cry my shit ...... 2 reply
