I have this coworkers who think they can do whatever they want to me just because I don't do nothing about it.. like we have a fixed schedule with the minimum salary I hate it when they change our schedule without consulting us their co workers and directly tells our boss, my schedule is only 20 days a month with them changing now I only get 15 days at best... Even the newbie gets regular sched and higher salary

Then you should definitely make an effort and talk to your boss and/or coworkers. Maybe they just don't realize you're being in a disadvantage. Or maybe they think you're just a pushover.
