I really really need to stop.....BITING MY LIP IT'S LEAVING BRUISES I swear I keep remembering that trend were you bite your lip and make that face I keep doing it without noticing
I stopped my nail biting habit but the new ones I got are licking and biting lower lip and hurting myself...I keep stabbing myself with my nails every chance I get- I can't freaking stop.., I move my head side to side like a creepy doll- and talk/sing to myself 2 reply
