how to find a job quickly?
I've started looking for a job a couple of weeks ago and day by day I'm feeling more useless 'cause I can't find any and the people I've contacted doesn't even bother to replay. My family and friends are trying to be supportive but they have jobs so saying "it's easy, you're just not working hard enough" is kinda depressing. I can't believe myself I'm venting out here but I don't have anyone to talk about it, really.
Honestly no clue when I did post that here but that was sure before m@ng@g0 turned the comments down LMAO so I have a quick update: I’m currently 5th month into my current job (the longest I’ve ever had) and my only advice is mass applying – I think I’ve sent over 70+ CV’s, got few intership offers and two interviews for full-time jobs. This is completely relatable. Actually, I was one of the ppl who believed it's sooo easy to find a job, and it is, if you're willing to settle for some underpaid, highly exertive bs. If not, then it's hard asf. I've been looking for a while and it's starting to get a bit depressing. reply
Mm, I really feel for you. Job hunting is fucking awful. I'd say step 1) assess what you want. Do you want to be in corporate, paper pushing jobs, or do you want to be hands on? If you want to be in corporate, step 2 is going to be, "know somebody" most jobs have hiring bonuses for people who recommend others. So post about wanting a recommendation...... 1 reply
