serious question
i hate how ppl attack artists for not posting something for pride month or mentioning pride month but when its february everybody is silent. whys it okay to ignore black history month but such a disgusting thing to ignore pride month? and people like to say "its because im not black so i cant relate to celebrating black history month". ok and the artist is straight so they cant relate to pride month, keep the same energy. it doesn't make sense to me how one is okay and the other isn't. I've seen countless artists get dragged, harassed, and called homophobic for not posting but nobody calls them racist for not posting for black history month(i dont think its racist im using racist to compare to homophobic). can somebody give me a serious answer please
thats straight up harassment. whether an artist, queer or not, black or not, havent done anyth for pride month or black history month doesnt mean ppl can just blindly slap an insult on them and call them homophobe or racist (unless they rlly are one.) they could be busy, they could be facing issues that we dont know of and i think just by simply ac...... 1 reply

there should be no reason for artists to draw whenever there's a holiday or if they just dont feel like it in the first place. people calling artists those words are so fucking demanding tf.

in case anybody needs clarification i dont support harassment at all. if the artist isnt posting for black history month i wont harass them thats immature, stupid, and their decision. i feel really bad for artists who aren't posting during pride month bc they're in the closet and have homophobic parents who know their page, so ppl calling them homo...... reply
