MAGUS OF THE LIBRARY!!!! i personally think its one of the greatest fantasy mangas ive ever read, the story is set in fantasy middle east. It talks about magic (though not as intricately as witch hat atelier), has great characters and politics, its really text heavy considering you have to absorb a lot of information from the afterword pages.
