I mainly ship them bc they help each other become better. Like how Todoroki helped Momo build her self-confidence, and how Momo helped Todoroki work in a team. They also have a lot of cute moments together as well and I think Horikoshi did a good job with this ship, unlike the other straight ships, in my opinion.

I don't ship them together but like I can see it happening they both have Rich families and if anything it would probably be an arranged marriage which I think would work out well Momo herself has the same type of personality as him and I think they would be on equal ground and understanding of each other as well reply
Some people make head cannons for their favourite characters so they feel like they can relate and/or just feel like they could be like that. Because of that there is A LOT of gay ships.
