Period Cramp
(Rant?) I just had the worst and first period cramp earlier today. It lasted for one or two hours, like wtf. I kept kicking the covers off. I think I broke down crying during the 40 minute mark. I tried making a heat thingy but nooo, it didn't help. I even resorted to a subliminal. But luckily my Dad's the best so he went all the way to the store to get me stomach pills. I felt like throwing up after swallowing them(Went number 2 four times in two hours) so I had to drink water. I took a 30 minute nap and when I woke up it was finally over. Thanks for listening, share your experience with cramps.
During the first couple years when I got my period, my cramps were mild probably because it was just starting. Then one time they started getting bad and I felt so miserable that I laid in bed on day with my computer. I came down to eat but I didn't have that much of an appetite. I once had a cramp that lasted through the night. I didn’t have painkillers and nothing else worked. I couldn’t wake my parents because they had really horrible day. So I had to endure for hours and hours until it finally stopped at 7 in the morning. BUT!!! Plot twist... I had school that day. I couldn’t skip because of the final exams. I swe...... reply
The situation for me is different. Mine would be back pain instead of period cramps. I'd be twisting the heck out of my body just so i can crack it and make it less painful and it continued for 4-5 days. reply
When i first experienced this shitty cramp it absolutely hurts like hell and I didn’t know how to use the pad nor the tampons so i was absolutely about to cry about how the fuck will i have to stop it from flowing and even how to stop the pain and well... after 2 months I didn’t experienced any cramps or any pain at all. When I first started my period It lasted about 3 days and I had absolutely no cramps.. until it decided to completely fuck me over and go on for 7 days with really bad cramps. I've had all sorts of issues with cramps. For many years I took fistfuls of painkillers, and saved any prescription painkillers I could for my cramps. I'd save my sick days at work for days I would start my period because of the intense pain and fatigue. Doctors dismissed my issues, and I stopped bringing it up.
