Period Cramp
(Rant?) I just had the worst and first period cramp earlier today. It lasted for one or two hours, like wtf. I kept kicking the covers off. I think I broke down crying during the 40 minute mark. I tried making a heat thingy but nooo, it didn't help. I even resorted to a subliminal. But luckily my Dad's the best so he went all the way to the store to get me stomach pills. I felt like throwing up after swallowing them(Went number 2 four times in two hours) so I had to drink water. I took a 30 minute nap and when I woke up it was finally over. Thanks for listening, share your experience with cramps.
When i first experienced this shitty cramp it absolutely hurts like hell and I didn’t know how to use the pad nor the tampons so i was absolutely about to cry about how the fuck will i have to stop it from flowing and even how to stop the pain and well... after 2 months I didn’t experienced any cramps or any pain at all.
