Period Cramp
(Rant?) I just had the worst and first period cramp earlier today. It lasted for one or two hours, like wtf. I kept kicking the covers off. I think I broke down crying during the 40 minute mark. I tried making a heat thingy but nooo, it didn't help. I even resorted to a subliminal. But luckily my Dad's the best so he went all the way to the store to get me stomach pills. I felt like throwing up after swallowing them(Went number 2 four times in two hours) so I had to drink water. I took a 30 minute nap and when I woke up it was finally over. Thanks for listening, share your experience with cramps.
I used to get cramps so bad I had to get IV drips. I (T.W.) had some kind of phobia of pills after I had attempted to unalive myself so I couldn't swallow any. I vomited, cried, even fainted one time.
Then after some time I didn't get any cramps at all, or just occasionally. My body is weird.
