Do you guys think this is funny or is it just my broken humor?

I told my sister that people sometimes reject others by saying, "I don't see you(liking) as a woman(or man)."

My sister said(in our weird accent adopted by our family lol), "So am I a cockroach to you?"

I have been laughing 10 minutes straight.
