Ideals of white supremacy amongst black people
I'll start this question by stating some of my beliefs: 1) I believe in the equality of all people; 2) white people aren't above any other race. I'm an European citizen, but I watch many American youtubers. I crossed particullary in one (a black girl) with one specific view: White people have more success cuz they are white/ A white person is easily forgiven cuz he/she is white. I like many ideas from this youtuber, but when she always criticisez that white people are this and that it makes me puke. I used to be fan of Zhivaia, a singer that partecipated in a reality show called "The four". She is young, talented, pretty etc. She didn't win against a black singer called Evie, instead she got more fans. And people in the comments were like "She has more followers cuz she is white". My reaction is the same, like wtf. My question is do black people are still so much descriminated In America? Otherwise these affermation to me are just extreme, from an extreme point of view
I don't know in America, but in the Philippines, majority of the people think of the black people as somewhat dirty, scary or disgusting.
