Come study in Australia! We have some great uni’s you can go to their websites and see about scholarships etc. We are pretty close with our Indian neighbours and have loads of English courses (multicultural nation with many immigrants and students). I have no idea what I'm gonna do after 12th but here's some things I'm keeping in mind for applying to US colleges: 1. Extra curriculars matter a lot. So focus on doing something like that.
