Gl and bl means girls love and boys love, that doesn’t automatically mean that there’s lesbian/gay sex in the manga that’s why there’s yaoi and shounen ai/yuri and shoujo ai tags so you can know if it’s NSFW or just has lesbian/gay relationships.
