Phew. Okay so i was forced to join an exchange program and stuff and i need to social and share abt my country and all.. except im actually freakin anxious and totally insecure with myself.. kinda suffocating to talk to anyone f2f and i reaaally need any good advice for me to be not socially awkward..? Lawrd kill me
First of all, I'm so sorry you were forced to be in an exchange program, I'm sure that's not helping your anxiety. :(
I too get really anxious in social situations, especially with new people in my job where I am expected to be social. I find that preparation helps a lot, having conversation topics ready should there happen to be a lull. If you a...... 1 reply
