☆ get lots of sleep ☆ for workout, remember you can’t spot reduce fat so diet is where most of the work is going to come from. you should try doing cardio. search like 10,15,20 min cardio on yt. ☆ cold showers ☆ don’t restrict food!!! maybe try a guasha for your face?   2 reply

I'm no expert but here I goooooo :3 Diet First and foremost don't starve yourself!!! Eat three meals a day especially breakfast, a feed body=happier mind which in turn makes exercising easier and more fun which=healthy body ( you need to eat if you want to gain any endurance or strength). First, I would actually check with your GP to get a blood test to check your cortisol levels and thyroid function. Also B12 levels and iron. A lot of what you are describing can be attributed to imbalances in these and over the long term, if not managed, you can have some very challenging health issues to manage.
