Help~ need to find the manhwa???

There’s this particular scene I remember reading where the mc pretending that he was setting a city in danger with like some kind of fire, acting he was a terrorist using his power but it was part of the plan to bring the people who are like the heroes I guess or the government in charge to come to that place to bring reinforcements so that they’ll be ready to fight against the monsters or something to save that city to be destroyed. He fought a team where he used to be part of or was in his future life before returning to the past so he understood their tactics on the way they fight.
