How do ppl make friends?
idk how to do it. If I search for friends online I probably only talk to them for one day and that's it, I cant start or continue conversations. I'm scared of calls and I feel like everything that comes out of my mouth is embarrassing, plus my hands literally shake when I text anyone. Even if I do get a friend I always say the wrong things and then they don't talk to me anymore.
I feel like I'm broken or something bc everyone else makes it look so easy.(╯°Д °)╯
Well, calm down and take deep breaths to relax your body. Ask questions, people love answering questions about their selves, if they start to become more fond of you, the roles will reverse.
Go out and start small like ask a stranger for help or directions. 99% of the time, they will gladly help you (I mean, it depends, people are nice in my count...... reply
