Ive had psychological issues and i tend to isolate myself(really bad problem of mine) Rather than facing the problem i left my friend hanging. And yes i always do that when we had arguments or when there's problems in general. She is important to me however i feel like my defense mechanism hurts her. I mean who likes being left?
