btw my therapist was lit dawg, i like to joke that "what if i don't have enough money" she would just say "i'm already prepared for that by how much you complain about rent " 1 reply
She was smiling all the time, literally every session, and she gave me a homework so that I can learn how to overcome my problem. I ended up lying to her saying that I did it, but actually I didn't. I just don't want to extend our session because I feel like I'm not getting better. 1 reply
Most expensive hour of my life, my broke ass never returned. But she gave some generic tips like learn to make boundaries with people and trying to respect myself more :)
