Manga/Manhwa/Manhua that have terrible or plain art styles
(〜￣△￣)〜 Some comics will have the best plot or great characters with a good romance, but the art looks horrendous or so plain and generic that it's hard not to notice and completely takes you out of it. What are some you can think of?
idk abt yall but i drop a manhwa almost immediately if i dont like the art idk y but i like to get inspiration from the things i read nd use it to draw so a bad artstyle is a fast drop reply
I can handle any art if the story is good. Maybe it comes from being a gamer too, playing plenty of old crappy visual games. There’s even that old meme about how you remember it v how it was. Same for stories, my imagination polishes the rough edges.
There is one, very notable exception. I remember I had to drop the manga by the tiny head yaoi...... 1 reply
I recently got into an argument about it. It's not the artsyle that's bad, it's the artist's foundation. Stop pity-complimenting the artist, if their art is awful, that is what it is, don't say it looks good because of their "effort".
I won't give the plot a chance if the art is awful, again it's not the artstyle, it's the artist's skill,�...... reply
There was this one manga where the girl had a horrendous thigh gap. Like wtf is up with ppl drawin thigh gaps? They draw everyone like they posin for pro-ana photos on they tumblr blogs. Its givin me when I used face my feet towards eachother to make it look like thigh gap. And then where the girl has huge boobs that drop to her waist, like C'MON n...... 1 reply
