Bisexuality in Yaoi
Just wanted to ask you fellow fujoshis something. Do you guys ever hate it when in yaoi, they play the cliche "im straight but since I can do it with guys, im now gay" Like bitch no, you're bisexual (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ I honestly hate this tbh. What about yall?
It's really annoying and misleading. I honestly don't know if it's the straight x gay trope, the I like girls but I love you (a guy) cliché or just the authors genuinly not knowing/caring about sexuality.
However, I've read a few mangas where they actually say a character is bi or 'he swings both ways' so I guess this genre is slowly evolving an...... 3 reply
