The feeling of wanting to disappear
Idk if it's just me but whenever I start feeling really sad I just want to disappear, not in "I wanna kill my self" sort of way but in a "I literally want to cease to exist" sort of way. Not to mention this feeling is amplified when I'm dissociating because at that point I already don't feel real ;_;
Lol I was literally searching hour ago about this why do people dissociate says it happens when you are very stressed, or after something traumatic has happened to you ... Yes I relate so much to this I think non existent is much better I just want to disappear and no one remember me anymore 3 reply
