These are my top tier. Also I have so much love for Indian food bc it has so many vegetarian options. Growing up veg I learned to make typically meat based recipes veg but with Indian food so many of the recipes are already vegetarian. As long as it’s spicy with a hint of sweet, I’ll prob love it
